Central Control Area In our CTA area there is rather a lot going on! Here we house the audio distribution system, computers and other centrally controlled equipment which makes it possible to broadcast. Although the area has just recently been re-organised, eventually the computers will be housed in one rack and the audio in another. It looks rather messy, all the interconnections are made using industry standard 'Krone' connectors, which makes it very easy to repatch circuits at short notice. It's a big improvement on what we used to have!
